Tom Natoli is an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates, with a particular focus on all things wills, trusts, estates and probate litigation.

Tom has been with ABN since 2013, working alongside his uncle, Paul Natoli (a fellow Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates). Tom is also the grandson of firm founder, A. B. Natoli, and is passionate about keeping his family heritage alive.

He is a big Fitzroy/Brisbane Lions fan, with his grandfather on the other side of the family captaining the Roy Boys. Tom is a local to Kew, with a proud knowledge of almost every dog in the area.

Josh Natoli heads up family law here at ABN.

Josh is the son of John Natoli (Principal from 1988 - 2024), and grandson of firm founder, A. B. Natoli. Josh is the father of three (sometimes) adorable children. Like his father John, Josh is a passionate and tortured Carlton supporter.

Josh considers himself a practical lawyer; not only can he assist with your family law needs, he can also change your lightbulbs - as he was an electrician for 10 years before deciding to practise law.

Dean Di Staso is new to the ABN family, but not so new to the Natoli family, being the husband of A. B. Natoli’s granddaughter, Olivia.

Dean’s background is in litigation and state taxation law, joining us from the State Revenue Office, bringing his expert technical knowledge to all things that concern property holdings and those confronting litigation to the ABN practice.

Dean is a proud father and has been waiting not so patiently since 4 September 2004 (not that he has been counting) for Essendon’s next finals win.

Paul is the son of firm founder, A. B. Natoli, and ran the practice for 36 years with his brothers Angelo and John from 1988 to 2024. Paul is an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates, and was in the first intake of Wills & Estates Specialists back in 1993.

He is highly sought after as a legal advisor, and also sits on human research ethics committees with various universities.

Paul continues to practise his role at ABN as a Senior Consultant, and provides specialist advice in wills and estates, and property law.

John is the son of firm founder, A. B. Natoli, and has worked in the firm for over 50 years with his brothers, Angelo and Paul. His son Josh Natoli is now Principal at the firm.

He is a trusted and well respected legal advisor, a proud father of five sons, and grandfather of too many grandchildren.

John continues to practise his role at ABN as a Senior Consultant, and provides expert knowledge in property, wills and estates, and commercial law.

Angelo is the son of firm founder, A. B. Natoli, and ran the practice for 36 years with his brothers John and Paul from 1988 to 2024.

He is a proud family man, and is well known for his assistance to various community and sporting organisations.

Angelo continues to practise his role at ABN as a Senior Consultant with his trademark pragmatic and no-nonsense advice.
